The PhɅAct Collective is the philosophical activism group of the Institute. The Collective conducts research on suspicious use of poetical concepts in political context. Together with The Academia, it investigates the conditions for (and possible modes of) intellectual solidarity in the interactions of politics with science and economics. The PhɅAct Collective claims that, as a matter of social justice in these contexts, intellectual solidarity should be understood as the preparedness to organise and engage in intellectual confrontation and intellectual capacity building through education, research and political deliberation.

The Collective organises happenings around these issues and is invited for lectures at conferences, academies and institutes in all kinds of places around the world.
